Chuck checked in to let us know he was coming. Was on-time a saw the problem right away. He was friendly and explained that age was due to failure of the broken garage spring. He checked out all other parts and lubed them as needed. The spring was replaced in a very reasonable time frame and he was on his way.

The technician did a great job adding two new springs, lubricating the hinges and rollers and making sure the door was working properly. We previously had K&B Garage Door add insulation panels to the inside of the doors. This has helped hold back the hot outside temperatures during the summer months. A great improvement.
