Chris was our service technician today 2/27/14 and he was very courteous and early. He answered and explained every question I had about what we thought was to be needed and what really did need to be replaced. I did not get the feeling he was trying to replace everything on our unit just to mark up our bill. Just the opposite, I believed he was telling me and showing me just what needed to be done. He gave me the info and let me decide. He completed the job in a timely fashion, cleaned up the entire area when the job was completed. I was very happy with Chris and his courtesy, and the way he explained things to me. Chris was kind enough to break down the prices for me. If I need further service I will call Overhead and ask for Chris.  I was told to enter a code number but there was no where that I saw to do this. here is the code number: OBC156 Thank you
